Who needs home care services?
Our clients are mostly seniors who are having difficulty taking care of themselves at home, anybody who lives alone and had surgery, anybody who has an illness or injury, respite care, assist with hospice care, and other contributing factors include: Forgetfulness, frequent falls, many visits to the emergency room, stroke, Parkinson’s, cancer, and any bed ridden patients.
What areas do you serve?
Our main office is located in Fallbrook, Ca. However, we serve the Greater Fallbrook area including: Rainbow, De Luz, Bonsall, North San Diego County, and South Riverside County.
How soon can you provide service?
We prefer a few days notice. But, your care is important to us. We will do everything in our power to provide you with service as soon as possible, including same day notice. So far, our record is 100% on time. We would like to keep it that way.
How do I start services?

Does my insurance cover your services?
Most major health insurances do not cover non-medical home care. Long-term care insurance usually covers part of your costs depending on your policy. We will be glad to work with you in submitting claims to your policy holder.
Does your company provide any references?
We are proud of our work. At your request we will provide you with a list of past and current clients and family members who can be of great information to you. In fact, we encourage you to give them a call. We want you to see our company from their perspective.
Can I interview my caregiver?
We do our best to provide you with the most compatible caregivers before a shift starts. We can arrange for a meeting in person or by phone. However, if service is needed immediately, that may not be possible; rest assured that the patient care coordinators are working for you. If at any time you would like to request a change, just give us a call and your request will be taken care of.
Is there a minimum amount of time required?
No, we can modify our schedule to meet your needs.
Are your caregivers supervised?
Yes, Carlos Perez, the owner and founder of this company, and the patient care coordinator periodically visit their clients and their caregivers to ensure optimum care. We follow-up with unannounced visits if agreed with client and phone calls as needed.
How is quality care assured?
We personally meet our clients before assigning a caregiver to ensure compatibility and expertise. When care is started, we visit our clients to ensure that proper care is being provided.
How am I billed?
We will bill you bi-weekly. Usually, we close our week on Friday.
