FAQs
Affordable & Quality Home Care Services LLC
Who needs home care services?
Our home care services are primarily tailored for seniors who find it challenging to care for themselves at home. We also provide assistance to individuals recovering from surgery, those with illnesses or injuries, and offer respite and hospice care support. Our services extend to clients experiencing memory issues, frequent falls, multiple emergency room visits, and those with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, and cancer. We're also equipped to provide care for bedridden patients. What areas do you serve?
Our main office is located in Fallbrook, CA, but we extend our services to the broader Fallbrook area. This includes Rainbow, De Luz, Bonsall, North San Diego County, and South Riverside County, CA.How soon can you provide service?
We generally request a few days' notice to arrange care. However, we understand that care needs can be urgent and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible, even on the same day if necessary. We're committed to maintaining our 100% on-time service record. How do I start services?
To begin our services, please contact us directly at 760-468-3075 or reach out to a patient care coordinator at 760-622-8042. We'll schedule a complimentary, no-obligation assessment to determine service availability and match the specific skills required for your needs.Does my insurance cover your services?
Most major health insurance plans typically don't cover non-medical home care. Long-term care insurance often provides partial coverage, depending on your specific policy. We're happy to assist you in submitting claims to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.Does your company provide any references?
We take pride in our work and are more than willing to provide a list of past and current clients and their family members upon request. We encourage you to contact them to gain valuable insights about our services from their perspective. Can I interview my caregiver?
We aim to match you with the most compatible caregivers before service begins. When possible, we can arrange an in-person or phone meeting. However, for immediate care needs, this may not always be feasible. Our patient care coordinators work diligently on your behalf, and if you ever wish to request a change, please don't hesitate to contact us.Is there a minimum amount of time required?
We don't impose a minimum time requirement. Our scheduling is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate your specific care needs. Are your caregivers supervised?
Yes, our caregivers are supervised. Carlos Perez, the owner and founder of our company, along with our patient care coordinator, conduct periodic visits to clients and caregivers to ensure optimal care. We also perform unannounced visits (with client agreement) and follow up with phone calls as needed. How is quality care assured?
We ensure quality care by personally meeting with our clients before assigning a caregiver. This helps us ensure compatibility and expertise. Once care begins, we conduct regular visits to our clients to verify that proper care is being provided consistently.
