Who needs home care services?
Our home care services are primarily designed for seniors experiencing difficulties with self-care at home. We also assist individuals living alone after surgery, those with illnesses or injuries, and provide respite and hospice care support. Our services extend to clients dealing with forgetfulness, frequent falls, multiple emergency room visits, and conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's, and cancer. We're also equipped to care for bedridden patients.What areas do you serve?
While our main office is situated in Fallbrook, California, we extend our services to the greater Fallbrook area. This includes Rainbow, De Luz, Bonsall, North San Diego County, and South Riverside County.How soon can you provide service?
We typically prefer a few days' notice to arrange care. However, we understand that care needs can be urgent. We'll do our utmost to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible, even on the same day if necessary. We're proud to maintain a 100% on-time service record and strive to uphold this standard.How do I start services?

We strive to match you with the most compatible caregivers before service begins. We can arrange an in-person or phone meeting when possible. However, for immediate care needs, this may not always be feasible. Rest assured, our patient care coordinators work diligently on your behalf. If you ever wish to request a change, please don't hesitate to contact us.Is there a minimum amount of time required?
We don't impose a minimum time requirement. Our scheduling is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs.Are your caregivers supervised?
Yes, our caregivers are supervised. Carlos Perez, the owner and founder of our company, along with our patient care coordinator, conduct periodic visits to clients and caregivers to ensure optimal care. We also perform unannounced visits (with client agreement) and follow up with phone calls as needed.How is quality care assured?
We ensure quality care by personally meeting with our clients before assigning a caregiver. This helps us ensure compatibility and expertise. Once care begins, we conduct visits to our clients to verify that proper care is being provided consistently.
